Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory Maintain records, files, and documents (digital and physical) Handle incoming and outgoing communication (emails, calls, letters) Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Maintain attendance records and assist with payroll inputs

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) Proven experience in administrative or coordinator roles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Knowledge in tally software
