Key Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation
Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
Assist in handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers
Support basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoice processing and petty cash management
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and professional
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management
Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as needed
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in an office administration or related role
Strong
verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Professional attitude and appearance
Diploma or equivalent; qualifications in Bachelor's are a plus
