Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and proactive

Factory Operations Supervisor

to manage daily floor operations. This role involves supervising laborers, coordinating loading/unloading activities, and maintaining accurate records in Excel. The ideal candidate should be organized, hands-on, and capable of handling both people and data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage laborers during work hours. Oversee

loading and unloading

of materials and finished goods. Ensure that all items are

properly received, handled, and dispatched

. Maintain and update

daily records in Excel

(inward/outward stock, Work status, etc.).

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of

MS Excel (data entry, simple formulas)

. Strong

people management and communication skills

. Ability to

organize work

, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Physically active

and willing to be present on the shop floor throughout the day.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification:

10th/12th pass or any diploma

Work Timing:

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
