Key Responsibilities
General office administration and documentation
Handling emails, data entry, billing, and record keeping
Managing
e-commerce operations
on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
Order processing, inventory updates, and coordination with logistics partners
Managing social media accounts (basic posting, replies, promotions)
Product listing, pricing updates, and offer management
Coordinating with vendors, customers, and internal teams
Required Skills
Good knowledge of
computers and MS Office
(Word, Excel, Email)
Working knowledge of
e-commerce seller panels
Basic understanding of
social media platforms
(Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business)
Good communication skills (English & local language)
Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
Experience in Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub / Meesho Panel
Basic knowledge of Canva or simple graphic tools
Experience in billing or accounting software
