Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration



Manage day-to-day office administrative activities Maintain and update records, files, and documentation Handle correspondence through phone calls and emails Schedule meetings and manage appointments Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and visitors Ensure availability of office supplies and maintain inventory Provide administrative support to management and staff

Telecalling



Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner Communicate company products and services to clients/customers Follow up on leads and maintain call records Address customer inquiries and escalate issues when required Update customer data accurately in company systems

Required Qualifications & Skills



Any Graduate Fresher or up to 1 year of experience Good verbal communication skills (English ,Tamil Malayalam) Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Data Entry) Professional phone etiquette Good organizational and multitasking abilities Customer-focused and detail-oriented approach

Preferred Skills



Experience in telecalling, front office, or administrative roles Familiarity with CRM or call management tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,342.69 - ₹18,557.49 per month

Work Location: In person
