-Office Admin



We're looking for a reliable and organised Office Admin who will take ownership of HR responsibilities and day-to-day office operations. This role is perfect for someone who likes keeping things structured, enjoys working with people, and can communicate clearly in English.

If you're a fresher or someone returning to work after a career break, that's completely fine. What matters more is your attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities



HR & People Operations:

Manage attendance, leaves, onboarding paperwork, employee records, and support hiring coordination. Act as the go-to person for basic HR communication and documentation.

Office Operations (Operational Backbone):

Keep daily office operations running smoothly by managing schedules, office supplies, vendors, and ensuring equipment like printers, internet, and ACs are working properly.

Communication & Coordination:

Handle calls, emails, visitors, and internal communication. Share information with the right team members and draft basic emails, notices, or internal documents when needed.

Administration & Documentation:

Maintain records, Excel sheets, invoices, receipts, and reports. Support the finance team with documentation, reimbursements, and filing as required.

Support & Follow-ups:

Coordinate with vendors, help with travel or small office tasks, assist in team activities, and support management with day-to-day coordination work.

Requirements



Graduated in any discipline (HR, Commerce, or Management is a plus, not mandatory).

Conversational English

(spoken and written) -- you should be comfortable talking to people. Basic knowledge of

MS Office

, especially Excel and Word. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information responsibly. Willingness to learn HR processes and grow into the role. Freshers or candidates with a

career break are welcome

Preferred Skills



Familiarity with

Google Sheets, Google Docs

, or basic HR tools. Basic understanding of

HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination

and

office operations

(training will be provided). Calm, professional attitude with good people-handling skills.
