Job Description

Reception Duties:



Greet clients and visitors professionally and warmly Answer and direct phone calls and emails Schedule and confirm client appointments

Administrative Support:



Prepare and organize immigration application packages Maintain accurate client records (digital and paper) Handle mail, packages, and courier deliveries Order and manage office supplies and equipment Assist staff with general administrative tasks

Client Coordination:



Provide basic information on services to clients Collect and review client documents for completeness Follow up on client inquiries and ensure timely responses
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
