Handle

Manage
vendor coordination
for office supplies, utilities, and maintenance services.
Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure hygiene & cleanliness standards are maintained across the premises.
Monitor
inventory of office stationery, pantry, and housekeeping materials
.
Support in
office infrastructure management
, including workspace setup, seating arrangements, and maintenance records.
Coordinate
AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
and ensure timely renewal and service follow-ups.
Manage
courier dispatches, inward/outward registers
, and documentation.
Assist HR/Admin team in
event setups, visitor management, and facility arrangements
.
Ensure compliance with
company administrative policies
and cost optimization in facility operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (Preferred: BBA, B.Com, or similar).
1-2 years of experience in
office administration/facility management
.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of vendor management and facility maintenance workflows.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
