to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and support management in administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office operations, including filing, record-keeping, and correspondence.
Handle phone calls, emails, and scheduling meetings/appointments.
Maintain office supplies and inventory.
Assist HR and management with administrative support tasks.
Prepare reports, maintain databases, and ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth workflow.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
Minimum 1 year experience of Office Admin.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tally).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
