Key Responsibilities:
Handle general office administration work.
Maintain and update employee records and office files.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for the MD.
Coordinate with the sales team and take daily reporting.
Manage stationery, office supplies, and basic office needs.
Follow up with vendors and service providers as needed.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in Admin role.
Good knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, formatting, basic reports)
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Able to multitask and handle work independently.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
