Your role General - Administrative Support - S2 - IND
What you'll be doing
Job Role and Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Handle front desk duties including calls, emails, and visitor coordination
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors
Support HR activities such as attendance tracking, onboarding assistance, and documentation
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
Maintain physical and digital records, files, and databases
Assist finance team with invoices, expense tracking, and basic accounting support
Ensure office policies, procedures, and compliance standards are followed
Coordinate with IT team for office equipment, systems, and maintenance
Handle courier, mail, and logistics arrangements, assist and coordinate all office activities with HR manager
Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies
Keep databases in check and update them regularly
Supervise cleaning crew and cleanliness of office space
Control the office supplies state and make sure it is in accordance with office needs
Provide assistance with different company project as and when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Atleast 2 years of experience in office administration (IT industry/MNC preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic IT tools
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Flexible to work in rotational shifts to support operations
Preferred Skills
Experience working in an IT or tech environment
Knowledge of HR or basic accounting processes
Familiarity with office management software or ERP systems
