The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the office. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating between departments, maintaining office supplies, and supporting management to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases both physically and digitally.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; place orders when necessary.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and landlords to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Support HR functions such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and office safety regulations.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Engineering or related field preferred.
Proven experience in office administration, secretarial work, or similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
