Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to help us with administrative tasks ensuring proper support to the staff and smooth running of our company's offices. You will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision, as well as being self-motivated and trustworthy.

Job Responsibilities:



Oversee general office activities, including managing phone calls, emails, and incoming/outgoing correspondence. Maintain organized and efficient filing systems for documents, records. Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing the office calendar. Be the welcoming face of the company, greeting and assisting customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. Address customer inquiries, direct them to the appropriate team members, and ensure their needs are met. Assist with financial transactions, including processing invoices, preparing deposits, and tracking expenses. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy in financial records and reports. Work closely with sales, service, and administrative teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication. Assist with special projects and assignments as needed to support the company's success. Maintain office operations and procedures, including organizing filing systems, managing supply inventory, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data. Track stocks of office supplies. Submit timely reports. Assist colleagues whenever necessary. Ensure smooth and efficient information flow within the Division; prepares and processes confidential information; assists in the development of office administrative systems and procedures. Manage and maintain internal databases; generates a variety of Excel-based statistical and other reports from various databases.

Skills and Qualifications:



3+ year's experience of working in an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or other relevant position Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Schooling from CBSC/ICSC boards only. Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Good experience with office management procedures and basic accounting principles Good practical experience with MS Office and office management software, such as ERP Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Strong organizational and leadership skills Knowledge of administrative processes of schools Ability to use computers (e.g., MS Office) and education management systems Outstanding organizational ability Attention to detail Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Good judgment and decision-making aptitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?19,718.23 - ?25,000.19 per month
