Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our teams, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling office correspondence. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and strong leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization. Welcome and direct visitors, manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management. Manage office supplies, equipment, and coordinate maintenance and repairs as necessary. Perform bookkeeping and financial tasks, such as recording transactions and preparing reports. Maintain and update databases and records, including personnel, financial, and customer information. Assist with onboarding new employees and support HR-related administrative tasks. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and proposals as needed. Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks where applicable. Ensure compliance with company policies and office safety standards. Organize office events, team meetings, and training sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Schooling:

Completed high school education from CBSE/ICSE board.

Education:

Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) - mandatory. Proven experience in office administration or related roles. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software. Strong leadership ability and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage changing priorities. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and office management procedures.

Experience



Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in office administration, office management, or a similar administrative role. Experience may include managing office operations, coordinating schedules, performing bookkeeping, supporting HR functions, or supervising administrative staff.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,723.19 per month
