Manage day-to-day office administration and operations
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination
Maintain office records, files, and documentation (physical & digital)
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff
Oversee office supplies, inventory, and procurement
Assist HR with attendance, leave records, onboarding support, and employee coordination
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Handle courier, dispatch, and correspondence
Ensure compliance with company policies and office discipline
Support management with reports and administrative assistance
