Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Organize and maintain digital and physical documents.
Draft and manage emails and internal communication.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
Monitor office supplies and place orders.
Coordinate with vendors and facility services.
Support invoicing, expense tracking, and petty cash.
Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding.
Arrange training sessions and internal events.
Provide general support to management and team.
Handle travel planning (flights, hotels, transport, itineraries)
