Job duties:
Assist in managing courier dispatches, inward and outward mail, and parcels.
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic data entry as instructed.
Maintain records of courier, vendor invoices, and petty cash
Escalate issues to HR promptly and ensure timely closure.
Support vendor coordination -- courier, housekeeping, maintenance, and utilities.
Qualification:
10th / 12th Pass
Experience:
1-3 years in office assistance, housekeeping, or admin support roles
Skills:
Basic communication in English and local language
Courteous and professional behavior
Time management and multitasking ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling preferred)
