Key Responsibilities:



Supervise and manage end-to-end facility operations, including housekeeping, pantry, security, and maintenance services. Ensure the office premises, infrastructure, and utilities are well-maintained and functional at all times. Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements for employees and visiting guests. Plan and organize office celebrations, employee engagement activities, and festive events. Handle vendor coordination, procurement of office supplies, and inventory management. Serve as a point of contact between management and employees for all administrative queries. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of records and documentation.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in an Administration

Gender:

Male (Preferred).

Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
