Job role:



Assist with office admin activities (photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical tasks) Help in setting up meeting rooms. Go on errands for purchasing office supplies, delivering documents, etc Handle small banking or postal tasks if required. Ensure office equipment are turned off after office hours. Report any maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, furniture damage, etc.) to the admin. Help in organizing office events or meetings when needed.
