Office Administrator
to manage daily office operations and support smooth business functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day administrative activities in the office.
Manage office files, correspondence, and documentation systematically.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
Assist in maintaining records of employees, attendance, and office supplies.
Coordinate with HR, accounts, and other departments for smooth operations.
Support management in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling logistics.
Ensure a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all office-related matters.
Requirements
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Experience:
1-3 years in office administration or front-office roles (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Strong
organizational and multitasking skills.
Good
communication skills
in English and Malayalam.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
and basic computer operations.
Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities .
