Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Handle office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management.
Manage front desk duties such as answering calls, greeting visitors, and managing correspondence.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors.
Assist HR team in organizing meetings, interviews, and onboarding activities.
Prepare and maintain administrative records, reports, and documentation.
Monitor office expenses and assist in budgeting.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and security procedures.
Support other departments with administrative requirements.
