Key Responsibilities Front Office & Communication
Serve as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff.
Handle phone calls, emails, enquiries, and communication channels professionally.
Maintain visitor logs, student records, and office filing systems.
Prepare circulars, notices, letters, and official announcements.
Student & Admission Support
Assist with admission enquiries, application forms, and documentation.
Maintain student database, certificates, and government-related school activities.
Support fee-related enquiries and coordinate with the Accounts department.
Administrative Operations
Manage daily office tasks, filing, data entry, and documentation.
Coordinate smoothly with teachers, departments, and school management.
Maintain movement registers, attendance records, and staff documentation.
Monitor stationery, office supplies, and administrative resources.
CBSE Documentation & Compliance
Assist in maintaining documents required for CBSE compliance, audits, and inspections.
Prepare staff files, student files, meeting minutes, and academic/administrative reports.
Support SQAAF (SQAA Framework) documentation and evidence collection.
Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and safe storage of all official documents.
Event & Meeting Coordination
Assist in planning school events, celebrations, and ceremonies.
Arrange logistics for PTMs, orientation programs, and staff meetings.
Prepare event materials, schedules, invitations, and follow-up communication.
Communication & Public Relations
Provide timely updates to parents through official channels (WhatsApp/Teams/Email).
Maintain a courteous and professional environment at the front office.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any field (Admin/Office Management preferred).
2-5 years of experience in school office administration (
CBSE experience preferred
).
Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).
Strong computer skills:
MS Office 365, Google Workspace, basic ERP entries
.
Ability to multitask, manage time, and work under pressure.
