Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage daily office operations, including handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails. Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases. Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and recording minutes. Handle procurement of office supplies and manage vendor relationships. Handle visitor management and maintain front-desk operations. Ensure office cleanliness and maintenance needs are addressed promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Any Graduate (Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration or a similar role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
