Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and track ongoing projects, timelines, and internal communication
Manage day-to-day office administration and documentation
Handle basic HR functions including attendance, onboarding support, employee coordination, and records
Act as the primary liaison between the MD and internal teams
Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and follow up on action items
Ensure smooth coordination across departments
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong language fluency (English required; additional languages are a plus)
Highly organized, smart, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently
Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills
Prior experience in office administration, HR, or project coordination is preferred
