Key Responsibilities:
Handle general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and documentation.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining calendars.
Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Director and ensure timely reminders and follow-up.
Coordinate with vendors, courier services, and housekeeping staff.
Assist in travel arrangements, ticket booking, and accommodation as required.
Ensure office cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with company standards.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Support in organizing company events, employee engagement activities, and internal communication.
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth office functioning.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Administration, Commerce, or related field).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Positive attitude and ability to work well with teams.
Experience as an Office Assistant or in Office Administration is required.
