Job Description

We are seeking Office Admin to join our team and ensure the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred female candidate with Plus Two/Diploma/Degree and basic computer knowledge Assist in basic administrative tasks Responsible for receiving clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries courteously and professionally. Attending phone calls and responding to WhatsApp, Instagram and facebook messages Scheduling online and In Person appointments Ensuring customer satisfaction, Polite and attentive communication with clients Perform routine cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain a neat and hygienic environment. Assist in arranging and organizing office equipment, furniture, and supplies as needed. Assist in making photocopies, scanning documents, and filing paperwork as directed. Run errands outside the office, such as purchasing office supplies, delivering documents etc.

Requirements:



Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.

Pay: ?7,000.00 - ?8,000.00 per month
