2. Assist in tracking and reminding staff/clients of key regulatory and tax deadlines (e.g., ITR, GST, ROC filings).
3. Perform data entry for internal records and basic accounting transactions as necessary.
4. Assist in preparing and tracking client invoices and following up on outstanding payments, in coordination with the accounting team.
5. Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, placing orders as needed.
6. Maintain a systematic and secure physical and digital filing system for confidential client documents and firm records.
