Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Maintain files, records, and office documentation
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination
Procure and manage office supplies and stationery
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Support HR/Admin functions like attendance, leave tracking, and employee data maintenance
Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and functional
Assist management with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Customer and team-oriented approach
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Qualifications:
Graduate / Diploma in any discipline
1-3 years of experience in office administration (preferable)
Knowledge of basic accounting or ERP systems is a plus
