Talrop is seeking a dedicated and organised Office Support Coordinator to support our daily office operations and create an efficient, welcoming environment for our team. The Office Support Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, coordinating office resources, and fostering a productive workspace, aligning with Talrop's commitment to operational excellence and team collaboration.
Responsibilities :
? Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office and its employees, ensuring smooth daily operations.
? Office Operations: Oversee and maintain office operations and procedures, implementing efficiency improvements where needed.
? Communication Management: Manage and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and effective communication within the company.
? Visitor Management: Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel and ensuring a positive experience.
? Inventory Management: Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as required to ensure necessary stock levels.
? Vendor Relations: Assist in managing relationships with vendors and handling office contracts and agreements.
? Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing in-house events, meetings, and conferences, coordinating logistics such as catering, venue setup, and material preparation.
? Budgeting Support: Assist in monitoring and managing office budgets, tracking expenditures, and processing invoices and reimbursements.
Required Qualification and Skills :
? Any Graduation
? 0 to 1+ years in an administrative or office coordination role.
? Valid driver's license with experience in both 4-wheeler and 2-wheeler vehicles
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
? Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office
management software.
? Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
? Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling challenges.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
