Key Responsibilities:
Manage
courier dispatch and document collection
from clients/vendors
Oversee general
office upkeep and maintenance
Maintain accurate
stock/inventory records
Track
inward and outward movement
of materials and equipment
Prepare and update
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) lists
Assist in
invoice preparation, filing, and coordination with the accounts team
Organize and maintain proper
filing/documentation systems
Skills Required:
Good knowledge of courier and documentation procedures
Inventory and office stock management
Basic understanding of invoice and AMC handling
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word)
Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: B.Com or BBA
1-3 years of experience in a similar administrative role
Language proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language preferred
