Job Description


Job: Office Admin for a leading jeweller in Hyderabad, with 2-5 years experience, 5-day working week A leading jeweller in Hyderabad, known for crafting exquisite jewellery is looking for an enterprising individual with flair for managing office administration responsibilities. This will be a dynamic post with new challenges and opportunities for learning and growth as candidates progress in the role. Your job responsibilities will include

  • Manage procurements by co-ordinating with internal purchasing teams
  • Manage inventory on computer systems and tools, along with quality checks
  • Interact with customers with clarity and fluency
  • Create media assets [photos / videos] of products and prepare marketing and social media posts using appropriate tool
The job requirements are as follows:
  • 10+ 2, or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher with 2-5 years experience in similar role
  • Knowledge of MS-Office tools like MS-Word, MS-Excel
  • Knowledge of social media posts creation tools preferred
  • Fluency in english, and ability to communicate with clarity with customers
  • Should have strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Time management and organisational skills,ability to multi-task
  • Working hours: 10:30 AM to 07:00 PM [Monday to Friday]
  • Location: Hyderabad. Candidates from outside Hyderabad are free to apply, but will need to bear relocation and accommodation expense themselves
  • Age: Should be below 35 years
  • Experience: 2-5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Salary: Alongside fast-paced growth opportunities, we offer salary range of 2.5 to 3.5 lakhs per annum as per experience and qualification. We are flexible upwards for deserving candidates.
