Job Description


Kmedika Solutions Pvt. Ltd. We are looking for an Office Admin who will be responsible for driving administrative activities, Human Resources and support Executive team members. The goal is to manage the tasks assigned by the Executives, maintain the company\'s management system and assist in managing human resources activities. Knowledge and Experience

  • Exceptional organizational, time management and problem-solving skills, multi-tasking is essential
  • Strong computer skills with advanced experience in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Clear minded, strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong verbal communicative skills
  • Strong Writing skills with ability to compile/assist with management reports
  • Knowledge of internet research
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and HR initiatives
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred
Primary Responsibilities
  • Responsible for supervision, management and assessment of tasks assigned by the Executives
  • Assist with management of administrative files and personnel files to ensure the effective and efficient operations of the office
  • Assist with recruitment, management, development of human resources and personnel
  • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Executives including: managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; presentations, arranging travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
  • Assists in the management of the product procurement process, possibly including order placement, status tracking, reporting, reconciliation, and invoice management
  • Communicates directly, and on behalf of the executives, with vendors, team members and others, as directed on matters related to company\xe2\x80\x99s initiatives
  • Provides administrative support to various projects and initiatives as required, including documenting meeting notes, following up on action items, tracking planned vs actual progress and performing other project coordination tasks as directed
  • Prioritizes conflicting needs, handles matter expeditiously, proactively, and follows- through on projects to successful completion
  • Other duties as assigned
