Manage front desk operations: greet visitors, answer phones, and handle inquiries.
Oversee general office organization and cleanliness.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room scheduling.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, mail, courier).
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Assist in onboarding new employees (workspace setup, key cards, office tours).
Support finance with invoice processing, petty cash, and basic bookkeeping.
Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
