Key Responsibilities
1. Office Administration & Facility Management
Oversee daily office operations including housekeeping, pantry, and maintenance activities.
Manage vendor relationships for housekeeping, office supplies, and facility maintenance.
Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment and coordinate repairs or service when required.
Maintain inventory of office and pantry supplies.
Supervise security, courier dispatch, and visitor management processes.
2. Travel & Visa Coordination
Handle domestic and international travel bookings (flights, hotels, cabs, etc.).
Coordinate visa applications and related documentation for employees and guests.
Maintain travel expense records and ensure timely reimbursements.
3. Event & Meeting Coordination
Assist in planning and executing office events, employee engagement activities, and corporate meetings.
Coordinate logistics for conferences, client visits, and training sessions.
4. Administrative Support
Support HR and finance teams with document management, onboarding logistics, and vendor payments.
Maintain records for attendance, visitor logs, and office-related approvals.
Prepare periodic reports on facility and administrative activities.
