Role Overview



We are looking for a proactive and well-organized

Office Admin / Facility Manager

to oversee day-to-day office operations, travel management, visa coordination, housekeeping, and event support. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the office environment and provide administrative assistance to management and employees.

Key Responsibilities



1. Office Administration & Facility Management



Oversee daily office operations including housekeeping, pantry, and maintenance activities. Manage vendor relationships for housekeeping, office supplies, and facility maintenance. Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment and coordinate repairs or service when required. Maintain inventory of office and pantry supplies. Supervise security, courier dispatch, and visitor management processes.

2. Travel & Visa Coordination



Handle domestic and international travel bookings (flights, hotels, cabs, etc.). Coordinate visa applications and related documentation for employees and guests. Maintain travel expense records and ensure timely reimbursements.

3. Event & Meeting Coordination



Assist in planning and executing office events, employee engagement activities, and corporate meetings. Coordinate logistics for conferences, client visits, and training sessions.

4. Administrative Support



Support HR and finance teams with document management, onboarding logistics, and vendor payments. Maintain records for attendance, visitor logs, and office-related approvals. Prepare periodic reports on facility and administrative activities.

Required Skills & Competencies



Proven experience in

office administration

. Knowledge of

and travel policies (domestic & international). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Prior experience managing

multi-location offices

or

corporate facilities

is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,573.48 - ₹29,326.79 per month
