Bachelor's degree
Proven experience 4-5 years as an administrative executive or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities/ JD:
Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure the office is operating smoothly.
Manage Electricity Bill, Telephone Bill, Internet Connection, Sim Card, Rent Bill, Courier and Postal services.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Purchased the office stationery's and others as per approve quotation.
Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services.
Maintain physical and digital records and filing systems.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and landlord.
Prepare reports and presentations as assigned.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance all AMC files.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, filing, and administrative tasks for the operations department.
Identify and report process inefficiencies, suggesting improvements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications as needed.
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff inquiries.
Assist in planning and coordinating operational activities and schedules.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers (Govt. and Private both).
Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
