Responsibilities:
Manage domestic & international travel arrangements including flights, hotels, visas, and transport.
Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely bookings.
Maintain accurate travel records, invoices, and expense reports.
Handle employee travel queries, approvals, and ensure adherence to company travel policy.
Organize meetings, offsites, and events with complete travel and logistics support.
Prepare travel-related reports and dashboards for management.
Monitor and optimize travel budgets while ensuring compliance with policies.
Support daily office administration tasks such as procurement of supplies, facilities coordination, and vendor management.
Assist in organizing in-office meetings and events.
Maintain databases, documentation, and records for administrative activities.
Provide general administrative support to employees and management as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in
travel coordination and office administration
.
Strong knowledge of travel booking platforms, visa processes, and vendor negotiations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and travel management tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently under pressure.
