5. Compliance & Legal Responsibilities
Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.
Managing licenses, permits, and certifications for the company.
Keeping records of contracts, agreements, and compliance documents.
6. Operations & Logistics Support
Assisting the technical team with scheduling service calls and maintenance work.
Maintaining records of elevator installations, repairs, and service history.
Ensuring proper documentation for tenders, projects, and service contracts.
7. IT & Data Management
Overseeing the maintenance of company software and databases.
Ensuring data security and proper documentation of company records.
Managing digital communication channels, including the company website and emails.
