Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Admin - Operations to support our daily administrative and team coordination tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are eager to start their career in administration and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform data entry, record keeping, and general administrative tasks.

- Track team task updates and follow up to ensure completion.

- Assist in preparing daily/weekly reports and submitting updates to seniors.

- Maintain and update sheets, files, and documentation.

- Support in scheduling meetings and internal coordination.

- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and assist in basic office management.

- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (freshers can apply).

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

A positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
