Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure timely availability of supplies.
Coordinate with vendors for procurement, pricing, and delivery of office materials.
Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage and tracking of office assets.
Office Maintenance
Oversee regular office maintenance, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Coordinate with maintenance staff, technicians, and service providers for repairs and servicing.
Report and follow up on maintenance issues to ensure timely resolution.
Administrative Support
Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
Assist with onboarding logistics (workspace setup, supplies, access cards, etc.).
Support office events, meetings, and logistics as required.
Act as a point of contact for office-related queries from employees.
