Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk and handle incoming calls and visitors
Maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documentation
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing office calendars
Handle courier, correspondence, and file management
Support HR and accounts departments as needed
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office
