Job Summary:

PLUMCOT IT is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Client Engagement Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing follow-ups for our social media campaigns, including WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email marketing, while ensuring effective coordination with outsourced Facebook and Instagram marketing efforts. Additionally, the candidate will handle basic Excel tasks, prepare proposals, and manage sales orders and invoices.

Key Responsibilities:



Social Media Follow-Up:

Monitor and respond to leads from WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email marketing campaigns. Coordinate with external teams handling Facebook and Instagram marketing to ensure timely updates and follow-ups.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain and organize basic Excel sheets for tracking leads, campaign results, and client interactions. Prepare and send professional proposals, sales orders, and invoices to clients.

Communication:

Ensure fluent and professional communication in both English and Hindi with clients and internal teams. Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and close deals.

Coordination:

Act as a liaison between outsourced marketing teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Support the sales team with necessary documentation and updates.

Required Skills:



Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools. Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn, and email marketing platforms.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English . Strong interpersonal skills for client interaction and team coordination.

Organization:

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Attention to detail for preparing accurate proposals and invoices.

Experience:

1+ years of experience in social media follow-ups, marketing coordination, or a related role.

Preferred Qualifications:



Knowledge of basic accounting principles for creating invoices. Experience in a technology or ERP-related field is a plus.
