Job Summary: The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This role supports management, staff, and visitors by handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, and coordinating office activities efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries Maintain files, records, and office documentation Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and suppliers Monitor office supplies and place orders when required Assist in billing, invoicing, and basic accounting support Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars Support HR tasks such as attendance, leave records, and onboarding paperwork Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of equipment Prepare reports, letters, and internal communications Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree or diploma (preferred) Proven experience as an Office Admin or similar role Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills Basic accounting or billing knowledge Experience with ERP or office management software Familiarity with HR or payroll support tasks Working Hours Full-time (as per company policy) Salary As per experience and company standards
