Key Responsibilities:Office Administration:
Handle front-desk responsibilities including phone calls, emails, and visitor coordination
Manage office supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination
Maintain accurate filing systems and office documentation (physical and digital)
Assist in handling employee attendance, leave tracking, and basic HR coordination
Operations Support:
Coordinate with production, procurement, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth workflow
Prepare and maintain records for raw materials, production status, and delivery schedules
Support day-to-day coordination with suppliers, vendors, and transporters
Ensure proper documentation for purchase orders, challans, and invoices
Assist in stock and inventory management in coordination with store and warehouse teams
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per operational requirements
Maintain compliance documents and assist in internal/external audits
Ensure timely updates of operational records for ISO, quality checks, etc.
Key Skills Required:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and email handling
Familiarity with production or operations workflows (preferred)
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and vendors
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: B.Com / BBA / BA)
1 to 3 years of experience in office administration or operations, preferably in a manufacturing company
