We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Admin cum Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to handle office administration and customer coordination. The role requires good communication skills and the ability to manage both administrative and customer-related responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Administration Duties
Handle daily office administration and documentation
Manage incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
Maintain customer records, files, and reports
Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic MIS
Customer Relationship Management
Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups
Coordinate with customers regarding site visits, installations, and service schedules
Provide updates to customers on project status and documentation
Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution
Coordination & Support
Coordinate with sales, operations, and service teams
Support management with reports and administrative tasks
Candidate Requirements
Qualification: Plus Two / Degree
Experience: 1-3 years in admin or customer service role preferred
Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English
Computer knowledge: MS Word, Excel, Email
Polite, organized, and customer-friendly attitude
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
