Key Responsibilities
:
Make outbound calls to prospects and handle incoming calls professionally.
Respond to client/student inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain proper documentation of calls, inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
Organize and update office files, records, and student databases.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using MS Office and CRM tools.
Prepare call logs, follow-up sheets, basic reports, and other documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to share updated lead status and required documents.
Handle email communication and maintain records of all correspondence.
Assist in scheduling appointments, counseling sessions, and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Experience as an admin assistant, office coordinator, or in telecalling/BPO roles is preferred.
Proactive, reliable, and comfortable managing both administrative and communication tasks.
