About the Role
We are hiring a
smart, proactive Office Admin (Fresher)
to support our internal operations, billing, HR coordination, and banking activities. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate looking to learn business operations, budgeting, and project coordination in a structured consulting environment.
What You'll Do
Team & Workflow Coordination
Assist 4 team leads in tracking internal tasks and project workflows
Maintain attendance records, follow up on deliverables
Support weekly partner reviews and maintain DILO (Day In Life Of) logs
Billing, Banking & Vendor Payments
Follow up on outstanding invoices via WhatsApp and Zoho Books
Reconcile ICICI Bank transactions and prepare basic financial summaries
Process vendor payments every 8 days after internal approval
Manage petty cash and maintain expense records
HR & Office Administration
Schedule interviews, coordinate onboarding, and update HR templates
Order stationery, manage housekeeping staff, and maintain office hygiene
Assist in SOP documentation and monthly journey planning
Support for Training & Governance
Help coordinate internal training sessions and maintain attendance logs
Liaise with internal management and training committees
Track cost vs performance across projects and assist in budgeting analysis
