Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory control.
Coordinate facility management, housekeeping, and maintenance activities.
Handle vendor management - sourcing, negotiation, and payments.
Support HR and accounts departments with attendance, payroll inputs, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Supervise courier, dispatch, and inward/outward registers.
Coordinate with head office (Delhi) for administrative reporting and approvals.
Manage petty cash, travel arrangements, and expense tracking.
Support in organizing meetings, company events, and other logistics.
Maintain office records, contracts, and renewal schedules.
Handle visitor management and front-desk coordination as required.
