Job Summary:



We are seeking a responsible and organized

Office Administrator

to handle daily administrative operations, employee management, and accounting support. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day office operations efficiently. Oversee

employee selection, onboarding, and performance tracking.

Support

accounts and financial record-keeping

in coordination with the accounts team. Maintain and update internal databases, files, and documents. Coordinate with staff, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow. Prepare reports, letters, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google docs/sheet etc. Ensure proper communication and task allocation among team members.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
