. Office Management:

  • Maintaining a tidy and organized office environment
  • Managing office supplies and inventory
  • Ensuring office equipment is functional (printers, computers, phones, etc.)
2. Administrative Support:
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and documents
3. Record Keeping:
  • Maintaining employee records, files, and office documents
  • Managing invoices, receipts, and basic bookkeeping
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
4. Communication & Coordination:
  • Acting as a point of contact between departments
  • Coordinating office activities and events
  • Supporting HR or management with employee onboarding
5. Miscellaneous / Special Tasks:
