. Office Management:
Maintaining a tidy and organized office environment
Managing office supplies and inventory
Ensuring office equipment is functional (printers, computers, phones, etc.)
2. Administrative Support:
Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Preparing reports, presentations, and documents
3. Record Keeping:
Maintaining employee records, files, and office documents
Managing invoices, receipts, and basic bookkeeping
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
4. Communication & Coordination:
Acting as a point of contact between departments
Coordinating office activities and events
Supporting HR or management with employee onboarding
5. Miscellaneous / Special Tasks:
Assisting with internal or external communications
Handling petty cash and office expenses
Supporting management with ad hoc tasks
